Ownership and Use

  • I retain all rights to any drawing I make.

  • You may not use the drawing for any commercial purposes.

  • You may upload any drawings onto your own accounts, as long as credit is given.

  • My drawings do not give me ownership of any characters included, ownership remains as it was before commission.

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment will be made via Paypal Invoice.

  • You will be invoiced the full price after confirming your idea and the base for your commission.

  • There is no negotiating for a discount; my price is final.

  • Refunds will not be given for finished drawings.

  • Partial refunds will be given for unfinished commissions, the amount depending on how much work has been done.

  • Any attempt to scam, i.e chargeback after receiving the finished product will be made public knowledge.

  • Do not mention the type of drawing received on Paypal. They are notorious for shutting this type of work down immediately.

Completion of Work

  • After taking payment, your drawing should be completed within a week.

  • I may extend the time working on it, depending on personal circumstances.

  • I have the right to decline or cancel any commission. If cancelled mid commission, a partial refund will be given depending on the amount of work done.
